How it goes

Enviro-PORT are designed for commercial/ industrial usage. Food Waste generated by these place are treated by means of micro-organisms using our revolutionary system. This system degrades food and organic waste to compost, in stages and using an in-line process. Similiar systems uses anaerobic digestion which takes a long time to process the food waste, whereas this system uses aerobic digestion which leads to shorter processing time to degrade food waste. Firstly, the grinder and pulper are utilized to turn large pieces of food waste into small bits and to extract all water content, after this process 80% of food waste will be reduced!

Next, the food waste is transferred systematically into the Mixer. The mixer which contains the "bio-material" is then used for treating the food waste and converting it into fertilizer. This whole process only takes approximately 5 hours to complete!

Total Recyling

Recycling shouldn't stop at just compacting the waste. Our system does the whole recycling process which converts food waste into fertilizer, which is in the end product after treating the food waste with the bio material. These fertilizers can either be used by our customers at their own premises or be given an option to be bought back by us. The fertilizers will then be used for landscaping purposes in our national parks. We have three purchase options available if your organisation is considering using this new environmental conservation system.
